Send multiple messages from file upload

This feature allows you to send an individual message to multiple people via a file upload. Prior to sending you will need to create a Text (Tab delimited) File that contains each cellular number and the unique message. If you are not sending unique messages to different individuals then use 'Send messages to a group'.

Create your 'Multi-Message Text (Tab delimited) File'. This file must be in the format: cell_number<TAB>message with one record per line. It is best to enter cell numbers with a country code. If the number starts with zero, not a country code, the default country code can be added during the upload. Messages longer than 160 characters will be automatically truncated.

CLICK 'Browse' to select the 'Multi-Message Text (Tab delimited) File' to upload from your PC. Once you have located the file select it and CLICK 'OK'. (This is OS specific.)

CLICK 'Upload' to begin uploading the file. This will not send the message. A status of the upload will be displayed. Verify that the numbers match the expected numbers. A sample status is shown below.

Sender ID when set allows for 14 numbers or 11 alpha characters, (27214097815 or MyCompany). Replace with [Sender ID becomes available after credits have been purchased. To request a Sender ID, log into your account and go to 'User Account' and click 'Change Sender ID'

ENTER 'Default country code for numbers starting with zero' allows you to enter the country code for records with-out country codes.

elect the prefered 'Route' for the delivery of this message.

When checked, 'Schedule this message?' will deliver the message to the recipient at the date and time selected.

'Scheduled time' becomes available after the above option is checked. Enter the date and time for the Scheduled message to be delivered, or click 'Calender' to select the date and time.

CLICK 'Confirm cost' to see current credits and the cost to send the message. This page has a 'Send now' button.

CLICK 'Send now' to send the message. If there are errors, correct them as instructed. If there are no errors you will see 'Your message has been sent.'

The maximum number of messages that can be in a file for upload via the Browser is 13,000.
